I’m Pam Hosking from Qld Hot Property. It’s exciting times on the marketplace at the moment.

Historically low interest rates and it’s a seller’s market, so the sellers are in the driver’s seat. I’m

finding that first home buyers are experiencing that it’s cheaper to buy the property and have a

mortgage than to rent. So long term investment is great and now’s the time to buy in

Toowoomba because it is still very affordable and the interest rates. Now’s the time to go.
