3 Preventive Items You Need

Here are three preventative maintenance items that you can complete today to increase the value of your property overtime.

Number 1 is to make sure your aircons are services every 12 months. Making sure that they're continually serviced will prolong the life of your aircons over time.

Number 2 is making sure that your gutters are cleaned. These should really be checked quarterly or at minimum half yearly.

Number 3 is making sure that you do an external wash of the property at least every 12 months.
