Be specific to your agents on what you're looking for. The more they know about the non-negotiables and the must-haves in the property, the more specific they can be about what they're showing you.

Send to them in writing your wishlist and what you're looking for in a property in an email. It will that they can send it to their database so that everyone in the office knows exactly what you're looking for.
