According to Macquarie Bank, seventy percent (70%) of tenants who've had great experience with the property managers would want to buy a house and become sellers or landlords. With this, we learned the three (3) stages involving the lifecycle of a client which are: (1) the tenant stage; (2) the buyer stage; and (3) the seller stage.

Oftentimes, we get clients midway their journey so we don’t always get to assist them during the first stage or the tenant stage. However, one thing is for sure, and that is we value all clients at each stage of their journey. No matter which stage they are in their life cycle, we assure to help and assist them, making sure that we are with them every step of the way.
