What's going on with our commercial tenants in Station Street in the Toowoomba CBD?

Leon and Jack are at 78 Russell Street, on the corner of Station Street having a chat about the recent success that Hot Property had in the area.

The Nail Bar approached our team as they were looking for a CBD space looking for a lot of foot traffic.

They were looking for something ideally a little bit smaller so we've actually split a tenancy into two and we leased the second tenancy as well. 

The area has a good street parking, good visual passing traffic just across the road from Betros Brothers, so really a nice little spot here on the corner Station Street and Russell Street.

We've also recently leased another premises in 2A and 2B Station Street to Sally who is looking for a CBD space since she is looking to upsize from operating her business out of home. We've been able to lease the space to her off-market, and has completely redone the inside of the shop. Now, she recently fully launched.

We've also leased another space in 2C Station Street to Interactive Support Services which used to be a previous tenant of our company at  smaller tenancy but again was just looking to upsize their business.
